The Bozzuto Management Awards (BMAs) returned full force for 2024!
Florida. Jersey City. Tysons Corner. Chicago. Boston.
History: The BMAs is a company-wide celebration for the entire Bozzuto Management Company staff to be celebrated and honored.
With the amazing growth as a company, we were able to have the BMAs take place in 5 cities, put on 6 productions, with the amazing partnership with Stratus Firm.
Another year of Vibrancy in Action and creative teamwork with my colleague and Bozzuto’s Vice President of Marketing, Creative Director Noel David Carson.
The Butterland (TBL), a client who is a main character in my creative space, because we are always exchanging different forms of creativity all while handling business. TBL initially reached out for a website that would allow their consumers to efficiently buy products and I was able to gain their stamp of approval while excelling in that achievement.
Well… Guess what? The website has created such a great space for their business to thrive, so much so, that we have collaborated YET AGAIN to rebrand the labels for their entire product line plus add a couple NEW products to the TBL family.

Bozzuto Resident Appreciation Day (RAD) is an annual Bozzuto event that is tailored to show gratitude to Bozzuto residents. Our site teams look forward every year to posting the RAD social graphics to build the excitement for RAD.
"Camp Bozzuto” is this year's theme and we wanted to sustain the approach of creating extraordinary experiences throughout the imagery and the typographic treatments. If you've been here before you'll notice this campaign added a little extra spice with a new style of photography and a visiting typeface.

This branding project was a group effort alongside Semloh Strategies, where I was fortunate enough to be the design lead/designer on the Scarlet rebranding project.
Aiming to keep the identity sophisticated and modern, we were able to achieve richness in look and messaging while updating the logo, creating a brand kit of parts and providing direction for social media and marketing collateral.

The Green, Bozzuto's new employee app, that is aimed to streamline the work day and keep employees up-to-date on all things Bozzuto in one central location right at your finger tips.

At a time of uncertainty during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was very important that we showed our appreciation for our team members on the front line at our properties. In this design piece we created a window decal that was placed on the front of our Bozzuto properties.

I had the pleasure of collaborating on the branded vision for Bozzuto's #2022BMA with my Vice President of Marketing, Creative Director Noel David Carson. It was incredible to see our vision come to life in the installations throughout the night, as well as the wayfinding signage with the keen execution of Stratus Firm.
The Bozzuto BUZZ is a monthly company-wide newsletter that has migrated from being a full-time printed piece to now alternating between digital short and full issues.

The Welcome Home Commitment branding package was created to showcase just how committed Bozzuto is to “creating sanctuary” for its residents. The marketing package included: a two-sided marketing piece, a brand photoshoot highlighting the print materials, door seal, an informational tent card, social media graphics, and much more!

During the times when we all felt not so connected during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was a company goal to spread some Bozzuto branded cheer with our signature scent in candle form to all of our employees as a token of our appreciation.
Bozzuto Resident Appreciation Day (RAD) is an annual Bozzuto event that is tailored to show gratitude to Bozzuto residents. For 2023's theme I created social graphics that our site teams could utilize to promote the event. This year's theme was “Summer Nights & Extraordinary Sites” and, as you can see, we brought summer along for the RAD ride. I took the approach of using the “hot trends” of gradients and noise all while keeping our Bozzuto brand, voice, and consumer in mind.

From logo idea to full on signage installation, TaSabri Beauty went full throttle when it came to implementing her brand. Tassia knew exactly what she wanted for her logo from the very beginning. Miss Write On Time (MWOT) was one of my first design clients and has grown into a national company. Over the years, MWOT has elevated to being more than just a Resume Writer but adding Career Coach + Speaker to her skill set. As her business expanded, a website was a part of the evolution, allowing her clients to get more information on what she continues to offer.
This logo project was created for a young female photographer based in the DMV. The playful illustration incorporated within the logo was a great way to highlight her young and playful spirit. Now with her having this logo, she is presentable and professional to all of her clients.
The IVY Rewards Program is a newly adopted program that allows Bozzuto residents to earn points for businesses in their community. With lifestyle imagery in mind, I was able to execute social media graphics for the program launch, collateral pieces for site teams to share with current and future residents and how could I forget the app icon itself, IVY Rewards by Bozzuto.
Open enrollment is an important time of the year for us all. For the past several years, I have been curating benefit cover designs for Bozzuto’s company-wide benefits guide. In the most recent versions, we have aimed to highlight one of our newest properties or a professional branded photograph.
Bozzuto POP! is a quarterly social media campaign that represents Bozzuto property focused events that are tailored to show gratitude directly to the Bozzuto residents. The universal goal of the POP! campaign is to create memorable surprise & delight moments that cultivate a sense of belonging and community for the residents.
In this campaign we kept the “hot trend” of gradients going but adding a special topping of noise to make it POP! *Pun intended*
